Last weekend Liz and I ventured to Grand Prarie, TX for the 2009 Heli Blaze Fly In, sponsored by the Golden Triangle Radio Control Club. While it was a good time, it was ridiculously hot!

I haven’t posted much about helicopters in the last few months, mainly because I’ve just been flying and enjoying what I had. But that all changed recently, as I added two new helicopters to my fleet: A Thunder Tiger mini Titan, and a Compass Knight 600E! The mini Titan I purchased for myself, and the Knight 600E is a review model for InsideHeli podcast.

Liz and I are “wannabe gardeners”. We both like the idea of having a garden, but the reality always leaves something to be desired. As a result, our past is littered with failed attempts at vegetable gardens.
